Age Requirement

To register and use ak1971, you must be at least 21 years of age. ak1971 does not knowingly permit access to any individual under the age of 21. If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under the minimum age, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawal, and request documentary proof of age before releasing any funds. Age verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on ak1971. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we identify that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balance or bonuses held within them, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions. You must keep this information current at all times. ak1971 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate account details provided by the user.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with ak1971. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you will not use the Platform in contravention of any applicable law.

Credentials & Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. ak1971 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ak1971 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of our review.

Account Ownership

Your ak1971 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or assign your account — or any rights or interests therein — to any other party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Accepted Payment Methods

ak1971 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ak1971 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Processing Times

Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your ak1971 balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers are credited within 1–3 hours. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are processed within 24 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Card withdrawals may take up to 5 business days.

Verification Before Withdrawal

ak1971 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal being withheld pending further review.

Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using funds obtained through illegal means, on behalf of a third party, or via any unauthorised payment instrument is strictly prohibited. ak1971 reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of financial impropriety.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by ak1971, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions, are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Unmet bonuses will expire automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless ak1971 states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• ak1971 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be used in conjunction with any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or bonus-abuse strategy.

Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit on ak1971 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount, match percentage, and minimum qualifying deposit are published on the promotional page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

Bonus Abuse

ak1971 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contributions; placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, ak1971 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the account.

RNG & Game Integrity

Prohibited Conduct

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket wagers on BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup matches, are subject to the specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform at the time the bet is placed. Bets are final once confirmed. ak1971 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced, where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of price manipulation.

Self-Exclusion

Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. ak1971 will not be liable for any loss of access, loss of game progress, or financial loss resulting from Platform downtime, provided we have taken reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

Financial Losses

Gaming involves financial risk. ak1971 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through legitimate gaming activity on the Platform. By depositing funds and placing bets, you accept that you may lose some or all of the money deposited. You should never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. ak1971's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

Ownership

All content on the ak1971 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall arrangement of these elements — is the property of ak1971 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, its content, or its code without express written permission from ak1971.

Data Handling

ak1971 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to administer your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and, where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications. Termination by ak1971

ak1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false registration information; failure to pass age or identity verification; bonus abuse; or any behaviour that ak1971 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at ak1971's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any legitimate balance will be refunded to the player via their registered payment method.

Termination by the Player

You may close your ak1971 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process any remaining balance (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the operation of the Platform, game outcomes, account administration, or the interpretation of these Terms, you should first contact ak1971's support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. ak1971 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through formal channels available to you.

General

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ak1971 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
